Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation and Refund Policy (“Policy”) constitutes a binding agreement between the Student and Digifine Institute (“Institute”) upon registration for any program. By proceeding with the registration, the Student hereby acknowledges and accepts the terms and conditions set forth herein.

1. No Refund on Registration

1.1. All fees paid at the time of registration are non-refundable.
1.2. Under no circumstances shall the Student be entitled to claim a refund once registration has been completed.

2. Refunds Subject to Management Discretion

2.1. Any request for a refund, whether partial or full, shall be entertained solely at the absolute and exclusive discretion of the Management of the Institute.
2.2. The decision of the Management in this regard shall be final, conclusive, and binding upon the Student, without any further obligation on the part of the Institute.

3. Post Commencement of Batch

3.1. Once the batch/program has commenced, the Student shall not be entitled to any refund of fees under any circumstances.
3.2. In such cases, the Student shall remain liable to pay the entire course fees, irrespective of withdrawal, absence, or discontinuation.
3.3. The Institute reserves the right to recover unpaid fees on the grounds that the Student’s enrollment blocked a seat that could otherwise have been allotted to another candidate.

4. Freezing, Withdrawal, or Discontinuation

4.1. Any request for freezing, withdrawal, or discontinuation of the course after commencement shall not relieve the Student of the obligation to pay the full program fees.
4.2. Non-attendance, absenteeism, or failure to participate in the program shall not be deemed as grounds for waiver or reduction of fees.

5. Acceptance of Policy

5.1. By registering for any program, the Student expressly agrees to be bound by the terms of this Policy.
5.2. The Institute reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Policy at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
